At the outset, let me thank Heritage Tours & Travels team led by Mr. Kishor for making our Kailash-Manasarovar Yatra in May 2011 a memorable divine experience. It started with a 2-hour briefing by Mr. Narendra Bhatta, MD of Heritage group of companies at Kathmandu, detailing every minute aspect of the Yatra, which we meticulously followed. This has helped us set expectations and prepare to face constraints during the Yatra.
Specifically, I cannot forget the almost-round-the-clock efforts of the Sherpa team led by Kazi Sherpa, against all odds, for ensuring on time compliance of schedules -accommodation, food and travel for a group of 50 people. Needless to mention, they would not have made it possible but for the commitment of Heritage Management. I congratulate Mr. Narendra Bhatta for ensuring consistency in successful execution of the packages (I performed my first Kailash Yatra with my wife through Heritage in August 2006).
Also, the customized 3-day package for Muktinath Yatra, immediately after Kailash Yatra, was unforgettable.

With the grace of Lord Parameswara the trip to his own holy place / abode was fantastic & lifetime experience. We are happy to say that the “Heritage crew” was a gift to us from the lord himself.
